Peter is a Shutter Sitter, you cut out Peter after he is hooked, bind with wool and attach to a shutter!  *Embellishments such as Arctic Rays, Fur, Roving, Burly Spun or Metallic Yarn for a 3D effect to add to your pattern!  Perfect way to be creative!
