Grasshopper, 24″ x 35″  The artist spent some winter months in a village outside Guadalajara and was inspired by the abundance of comfortably warm insects.  This hopper was born and reflects its colorful surroundings. Embellishments are fun to add, such as Arctic Rays or Metallic Yarn for a 3D effect.
